Moments: Authentic Catalan Cuisine
Renowned chef Carme Ruscalleda, holder of six Michelin stars, is the Director of Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona’s signature restaurant Moments, while the kitchen is headed by Ruscalleda’s son, Raül Balam, Moments offers neo-traditional Catalan cuisine based on top-quality ingredients, presented in an innovative way. Ruscalleda connects has opted for a purist menu that includes seafood rice dishes, fresh fish and succulent local meats, prepared with the Catalan chef’s personal touch.

Located on the hotel’s mezzanine level and designed by Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola, Moments seats 45 for lunch and dinner and private dining behind a sheer curtain presents an intimate view over the kitchen. 
 
Blanc: Excellent Dining in a Casual Atmosphere
Catalan cuisine and fresh produce are the cornerstones of Chef Jean Luc’s vision for our contemporary, all-day-dining brasserie. The menu features such signature dishes as Steak Tartar with chips and Iranian caviar and  Classic Perol sausage savoury tart, ratte potatoes and black truffle.

Our Executive Chef Jean Luc Figueras has also created an express executive lunch menu available from Monday to Friday; whilst each evening, Blanc features a superb a la carte dinner menu along with music, a vibrant ambience and innovative cocktails served in our Martini Bar.

Banker’s Bar: Cocktails with a Twist
Banker’s Bar pays homage to the history of the hotel’s building, which formerly housed one of the city’s largest banks. The design incorporates the original safes from the bank’s vault as part of the décor, creating an interesting and evocative atmosphere in which to enjoy classic cocktails.

The Banker’s Bar offers an extensive cocktail list including classic Dry Martinis, Manhattans and Gin’n’Tonic as well as modern combinations specially created for the Bar, such as the Bankers’ Martini and the Purple Emperor.

Banker’s Bar is one of the most original and innovative venues in the city.

Mimosa: An Oasis in the City
Mimosa is Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona’s very own urban oasis. The lush, green 660 square metre terrace, located within the hotel’s courtyard, has been jointly designed by Patricia Urquiola and landscape designer Bet Figueras.

Mimosa is the perfect spot for alfresco dining with a healthy and fresh menu designed by the Executive Chef Jean Luc Figueras. Guests can also enjoy Barcelona’s sunshine while enjoying freshly squeezed fruit juices or any of the selection of exclusive Mimosa cocktails which are served on the terrace with soft music.
