The Excelsior has several state-of-the-art banquet and conference rooms that occupy a total area of more than 15,000 square feet.

The two recently renovated grand function rooms, the Harbour View Room and the Marina Room feature panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and offer the latest in high-tech equipment. Each can accommodate up to 360 people for meetings, large conferences and celebrations such as weddings. They can also be partitioned off to suit smaller events.

The Gloucester Room, located on the third floor, is adorned with warm teak and natural silk panels in muted colours, creating a feeling of grandeur and classical elegance. The smaller and more intimate Kellett Room is the perfect venue for small gatherings such as seminars, lunches, dinners and private parties.

The Excelsior is the first to be equipped with ‘fibre-to-the-building’ broadband internet access and wireless LAN network in all function rooms. Each room is fully air-conditioned and equipped with sound-proof partitions, individual controlled audio systems and state-of-the-art visual equipment.
