Perched 34 levels above the ground, with stunning 270 degree panoramic views over Victoria Harbour, the city and beyond, is TOTT’s – Talk Of The Town. Customers looking for a great lunch location as well as an excellent night out with fine food and wine, innovative cocktails and live entertainment in a contemporary environment will find TOTT’s the place to be and indeed, the Talk Of The Town.
The chic restaurant features a cool colour scheme – incorporating bronze, taupe, blues and chocolate, to create a contemporary and stylish setting. Chocolate-toned armchairs and sofas in the dining and lounge areas are complemented by wall panels dressed in silvery blue fabric. A private dining room tucked away in the corner makes it an ideal location for intimate dining and special functions. Also new are two special dining booths set near the open kitchen. Open to the restaurant but enclosed enough to create a sense of privacy, these booths will undoubtedly be desirable for any festive occasion.
On the culinary side, Executive Chef Graham Burst sources the best ingredients from around the world to bring guests a menu of contemporary, international flavours. Chef Graham uses fresh produce, spices and herbs from the east and west beautifully presented in dish after dish of exceptional flavours. Diners fond of the classics will not be disappointed with TOTT’s grill items featuring succulent Australian wagyu beef, lobster and salmon.
Over at the bar, the multi-colour stained glass column adds sparkle and glamour to the bustling venue and is sure to have everyone talking. Customers will also be spoilt for choice with the cool, hip cocktail menu featuring elegant champagne cocktails, exotic flavoured martinis, classic cocktails and more. And for those who want to dance the night away, a new live band takes the stage from 10pm, six nights a week.

TOTT’s, which seats 198, is open Monday to Friday for lunch from 12noon to 2:30pm, and daily for dinner from 6:30pm to 11pm (10pm on Sunday). Saturday Bubbly Brunch is available from 12noon to 3pm and Sunday Champagne Brunch from 11:30am to 3pm. The bar and lounge are open from 6pm to 1am (Monday to Thursday), to 2am on Friday, Saturday and eves of public holidays and to 11pm on Sunday.
