Located on the second floor of The Excelsior, Hong Kong, Yee Tung Heen brings a new standard of Cantonese fine dining to Hong Kong and has gained international acclaim for its distinctive, authentic Cantonese cuisine and delicious dim sum specialities.

The entrance features a dramatic and contemporary artistic bamboo pattern in red and black, while the interior’s floral-patterned partitions can be used to divide up the floor space, creating five separate private dining rooms from the main dining hall.

An elegant new tea counter at the restaurant entrance enables guests to choose from a range of premium teas that has been specially selected from all over China.

The menu perfectly illustrates Chinese Executive Chef Ho Wah’s sophisticated techniques in crafting authentic Cantonese cuisine, with the best of seasonal specialties, and touches of modern flair.  Chef Ho’s lunch-time dim sum creations are not to be missed.

Yee Tung Heen has been selected as one of Hong Kong’s Best Restaurants from 1997 to 2011 by Hong Kong Tatler. Yee Tung Heen is open from Monday to Friday for lunch, between 11:30am to 2:30pm.
