CONFERENCE AND MEETING ROOMS
Six soundproofed private rooms with capacities of up to 45 persons are located on the first floor.  Each of these six rooms, which are named after Genevese celebrities, has its own distinctive look but shares a common colour scheme in tones of cognac and beige. Five enjoy natural daylight and views over the Rhône River.

A number of rooms are set up boardroom style, equipped with their own coffee bar; whilst a special elevator links them all rooms with the kitchen, ensuring a fast moving, efficient service. All rooms feature built-in screens and LCD projectors and further state-of-the-art technological equipment is available on request.

In addition to the six private rooms, Mandarin Oriental, Geneva has two large conference halls, namely the Rhône Rooms and The Saint-Gervais. Situated on the ground floor, these spacious function rooms are both flooded with natural daylight and enjoy wonderful views of the flowing Rhône River. The Rhône Rooms can be combined to make one large room or can be divided into three sections to accommodate groups ranging in size from 30 to 180.

PRIVATE DINING
The hotel is well suited to cater for a broad range of functions from intimate cocktail gatherings to weddings and large banquets, and specially-trained staff are available to meet all banqueting requirements. The Executive Chef will personally create an individual menu for client functions. Meeting planners have the added benefit of being able to choose dishes from the hotels unique restaurants in addition to an extensive selection of creative and original menus such as the Flower Menu or Chocolate Menu.  Kosher food submitted to rabbinical control can be served on request from the hotel's newly equipped kosher kitchen.

Additionally, conveniently situated between the hotel’s two individual restaurants; Rasoi by Vineet and Le Sud, a sleek semi-private dining room that seat 12 guests is available.  Perfect for private celebrations and intimate business meetings alike, guests in the dining room can enjoy the culinary delights of the “evolved” Indian food from Rasoi by Vineet or the Le Sud in an intimate dining environment.
