Luxury, tranquillity, attentive service, stunning views and superb amenities set apart Club rooms at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur, 14January 2008 – Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur, the 643-room urban resort situated next to the Petronas Twin Towers, debuts a range of enhancements to its Club rooms.
“As travel becomes as mundane as the daily commute, we see a growing demand for the finer details in the things we offer in our rooms by our well-heeled corporate individuals and executives from around the world,” says Jonas Schuermann, General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur.
Mr Schuermann continues, “Our new Club room enhancements were designed to bolster the existing room amenities and facilities for our guests seeking the ultimate in luxury and accommodation. The Club rooms provide a highly personalised experience, with their own line of amenities and facilities for total pampering pleasure.”
Each of the 148 Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur Club rooms features a king-sized bed adorned with sumptuous 600-thread-count linens providing a much-deserved indulgence. A well-appointed living space includes a neatly tucked away study area furnished with an ergonomically designed chair for added comfort, as well as a full supply of stationery. The Club rooms’ warm, matt-finished gold-toned fabrics and rich textures exude a comfortable, residential feel amid a contemporary design.
Because relaxation is a prime concern for Club guests, rooms feature amenities by luxury brand Asprey such as body lotions and shower gels, all toward a fitting end to a long, hard day at work or play. Other highlights of Mandarin Oriental Club rooms include high-speed Internet and fax capabilities, distinctive artwork, plush robes and slippers, and daily fresh fruits.
