The circle is a strong symbol in Chinese tradition indicating the totality and shared experience in life. The lit circle designates the bar as an important place for social gathering; to create the sense of perfect wellbeing where people feel welcome and at ease. Red is the traditional colour for good fortune, a red light shines from behind for a flawless backdrop to the bar.

Cuisine
Commencing from 7am, experience our delightful breakfast buffet featuring Dim Sum and American Classics. The all-day dining menu is available from 11a.m. to 11p.m. coupled with our signature set lunch served daily from 11.30a.m. to 3p.m. Distinctive dishes include Moroccan Chicken and Tasmanian Salmon Tartare or the special MO Cheese Cake.

In the Afternoon MO Bar has five savouries and five sweet pastries which change monthly to reflect the best of seasonal ingredients. Our scones are particularly popular as they’re extremely light and uses less butter without compromising on the taste.

By evening time come and savour the exciting selection of Asian-influenced MOtini’s and non-alcoholic MOcktails including our signature creations: the MO-Tox and Rose Petal.

Sunday Lobster Lunch is available from 12noon – 2.15p.m. on Sundays and Public Holidays including a 2 course set menu with 4 choices each course followed by a dessert buffet.
