Rajesh Jhingon is the General Manager of Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas. Located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas is ideally situated at the entrance of CityCenter, the resort development by MGM MIRAGE. Jhingon joins the Las Vegas team from the hotel group’s Singapore property and is responsible for the 392 room hotel and 227 residences during the opening phase and operations once open.  Under Jhingon’s leadership at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, the hotel underwent an extensive renovation and renaming exercise, successfully repositioning it as one of the leading luxury hotels in the city. 

Prior to joining Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Jhingon was General Manager of the Taj Exotica Resort and Spa, Maldives and the Amarvilas, Agra in India.  He has also held various senior managerial positions with The Oberoi Group both in New Delhi and Bombay. Jhingon holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and a Master of Business Administration in International Hospitality Management from the Essec Business School in Paris, France. 

Jhingon and his wife Monique have two boys, Aryaan and Rahul and reside in Las Vegas.
