Our surroundings have a direct impact on our state of well being. The Resort at Grand Lapa Hotel offers all Spa guests complimentary use of sauna, steam, indoor whirlpool and relaxation lounge. Separate facilities for male and female guests allow you to completely unwind. Spa guests may also make use of the state of the art fitness centre and exercise studio.

All guests are recommended to check-in at least 30 minutes prior to the treatment in order to allow time for a steam, sauna or whirlpool. By opening pores, warming the body and relaxing the muscles, guests will get maximum benefit from the treatment.
