A Gustatory Experience At Mandarin Oriental, Manila

Mandarin Oriental, Manila is a luxurious urban retreat, located right at the heart of the Makati City’s central business district. Its commitment to completely satisfy and delight its guests is reflected in the hotel's various restaurants and bars, which provide a wide range of gastronomic choices and top rate entertainment. Paseo Uno is a trendy all-day dining restaurant that features International and Asian buffets which offer freshly cooked specialities. From four open kitchens and live stations, dishes like tempura, grilled meats and seafood, pasta, risotto and crêpes are prepared a la minute. Also available is an all day a la carte menu featuring Asian and Western specialties. Paseo Uno offers alfresco dining at the adjacent poolside, weather permitting. Paseo Uno is open daily from 5:30am-12am.

The relaxed atmosphere amidst a stylishly elegant setting of The Tivoli – Mandarin Oriental’s premier restaurant, makes it the ideal venue for discriminating diners who will never compromise quality for a truly exquisite dining experience.  Complementing the splendid menu is a selection of fine wines from different regions of the world encased in a glass wine cellar.  The Tivoli serves lunch from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, Mondays through Fridays, and dinner from 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, Mondays through Saturdays.  An a la carte menu, a Business Lunch menu, a degustation dinner, and tableside delights are offered.

The multi awarded Tin Hau boasts authentic Chinese cuisine, featuring the diverse flavours of the cuisine of Northern (Beijing, Szechuan, Shanghai) and Southern (Guangzhou) regions of China. 

The restaurant is renowned for its specialties, ranging from dimsum to Peking duck. Tin Hau's ambience is reminiscent of the warmth and tranquility of an old fashioned Chinese home. Tin Hau delights diners with its set and a la carte menus Tuesdays through Sundays for lunch, 11:30 am to 2:30 pm; and dinner, 6:30 pm to 10 pm. Four elegant private rooms are offered for parties of eight to 15 persons.

The fashionable Martinis, is unmistakably the city’s most exciting smoking jazz bar which showcases stylish interiors with sleek furnishings, with renowned local artists setting the right groove on evenings, and an extensive selection of martinis naturally, cocktails, premium spirits, and bar tidbits.  Martinis is open Monday thru Friday, 5:30 pm to 3:00 am; Saturdays from 6:00 pm up to 4:00 am and Sundays from 6:00 pm up to 12 midnight.

The MO Lounge is evidently a favourite venue for business appointments, with its relaxed ambience and the staff's warm yet efficient service. An a la carte menu featuring international cuisine is offered for snacks and cocktails daily.  A lounge singer and pianist play nightly from Monday thru Friday. 

For freshly baked cakes, breads, and pastries the Mandarin Deli is the place to be at. Sandwiches, pasta, and salads are among the choices for a light, hearty meal from day till evening.  The Mandarin Deli is open daily from 7am-11pm, and offers an a la carte menu for breakfast, lunch, light snacks, and dinner. The Mandarin Deli also offers a take-out menu for those who wish to have their meals on the go.

Kipling’s Single Malt Whisky and Cigar Bar offers cigar lovers a luxurious haven and the finest selection of whisky and quality cigars. It is open from 1 pm to 2 am, Monday to Saturday.
