Cuisine

Silks combines the elements of Asian inspired cuisine with the flavors of California.  Guests will enjoy a diverse selection of combinations & presentations, leaving every palette satisfied.  Be sure to try our favorite breakfast dishes, Cornflake Crusted Brioche French Toast and Sambal Chicken Hash.  The Business Lunch is ideal for the traveler that is on the go.

Ambiance

The ambiance is quite unique, and is influenced by the journey of Marco Polo to the court of Kublai Khan. Interior designer Cheryl Rowley has created a look that evokes the great explorer’s odyssey and the discovery of silk, through wall treatments, floor covering and hand-painted silk chandeliers. The Venetian adventurer’s journey to Cathay is celebrated in the textures and artifacts, and in the colors themselves- cinnamon, nutmeg and persimmon.
