Restaurants And Bars At Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo - Fact Sheet

Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo’s ten inimitable restaurants and bars have enough versatility to suit any mood or occasion. Eight of the ten establishments are located on the uppermost two floors of the 38-storey Nihonbashi Mitsui Tower, offering guests stunning views of the city and beyond, including the Tokyo Sky Tree tower and Tokyo Bay to the Southeast, and Mt. French-inspired dining (37th floor)

French-inspired cuisine prepared a-la-minute in an open kitchen, where the lighter-than-classical, Mediterranean-influenced creations of Chef Olivier Rodriguez are prepared with sometimes bold and sometimes subtle flavours.
