Couples Yoga Workshop
A massage is one way to learn to better communicate with your partner. Yoga is another. Expand physical, emotional and spiritual relationships with a partner during a uniquely designed couples yoga workshop. Combined with Thai massage and led by the Fitness Center’s certified instructor, this rewarding couples workshop is designed to enhance relationships and encourage a deeper sense of trust and support through an array of poses, movements and stretches. Additionally, the instructor will teach modifications of various yoga and Thai massage techniques so that couples may strengthen their bond, benefit from a state of relaxation and continue to practice together when they return home.
