The signature restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Washington D.C., CityZen, was opened by Chef Eric Ziebold in September 2004 with the desire to bring his culinary flair, vision and creativity to the nation’s capital.  Chef Ziebold’s modern American style is presented in two menus – a three-course prix fixe menu or a six-course chef’s tasting menu.
