The Café & Bar will offer a delicious five-course Valentine’s dinner menu created by new Executive Sous Chef, Richard Lee. The romantic menu includes Leek and Potato Veloute, Hearts of Palm with Duck Confit, Butter Poached Lobster with Wild Mushroom Risotto and Champagne White Chocolate Mousse. The menu is priced at USD 95 per person plus tax and gratuity and will be served from 5:30 to 9pm.

New Executive Sous Chef, Richard Lee, has created a delicious and symbolic a la carte menu that will be offered during lunch and dinner in The Café & Bar beginning on Chinese New Year’s Eve. Menu highlights include the Drunken Chicken Roll and Steamed Pork Dumplings whose shapes are symbolic of wealth and a Whole Lobster which resembles a dragon when cooked and represents luck.
Join us for our weekly Sunday Brunch at the Cafe & Bar from 11am to 3pm. Our à la carte menu features breakfast and lunch specialties, such as our Buttermilk Chicken & Waffles with North Georgia Apple Compote, that are perfect for enjoying with friends and family in a chic and sophisticated setting. Breakfast selections are priced from USD 12 to USD 22 and lunch specialties from USD 12 to USD 18.
