Corporate Marketing Workshops

As in previous meetings, each Marketing discipline – Brand Communications, Consumer Marketing, e-Commerce, Revenue Management and Reservations - will conduct a workshop and present relevant updates.

Each hotel and RSO has been grouped together based on their geographic regions.

There are 4 sessions for each group to attend.

Group Dinner

Join us for a casual evening outdoors (in a covered and heated marquee) and enjoy mingling with your peers.

Global Sales Workshops

Similar to the Corporate Marketing Workshops, each region - Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific will be conducting a workshop and presenting their updates to a group of hotels at the same time.

The hotels have been grouped together based on their geographic regions. There are three session for each group to attend.

Press Lunch - Directors of Communication

This year we will also be organizing a press lunch for DOC's to meet some of the key media in Shanghai. There will be an additional cost for this, and details will be forwarded by separate cover to those who have indicated an interest in attending.

China Visa

You will very likely need a visa for your trip to China (Guangzhou and Shanghai), please ensure you start your visa process early on as issuing such visa may take time. Hong Kong is a Special Administrative Region and each time you enter mainland China from Hong Kong, you will need a visa. If you apply for a single entry visa, please note you can only enter China once (i.e. you cannot exit from Guangzhou then go to Hong Kong before going to Shanghai, you will need a multi-entry visa for this).

For more details please visit http://www.gov.cn/english/service/tr_visa.htm.

Dress Code

The dress code for the entire meeting, excluding the Gala Dinner, is business casual (i.e. no jackets or ties are required).
