We regret to inform you that Ciao Restaurant is currently closed for lunch and dinner. Ciao Bar remains open for sunset cocktails and drinks daily from 5 – 10:30pm.
Serving a delicious selection of classic Italian dishes and Spuntino (Italian tapas), Ciao offers a relaxed, informal atmosphere designed for celebrating food, life, love and sharing.
Drawing on his travel experiences across both Europe and Asia, Chef Luca presents exciting new interpretations of classic dishes such as Bruschetta Con Stracchino (Bruschetta with fresh Stracchino cheese, olive oil and black pepper), Calamari E Gamberi (Black ink garganelli with spicy nduja, calamari and river prawns) and Ossobuco Alla Milanese Con Risotto Allo Zafferano (Ossobuco “Milanese” with saffron risotto and gremolada) – all served with flair and creativity.
Italians pride themselves on quality and at Ciao we are committed to using only the finest ingredients such as premium meat imported from Italy, and handpicked herbs and vegetables from the organic farms of the Royal Projects in Thailand.
To enhance your dining experience, our sommelier has created a unique collection of fine Italian wines, many of them from the Piedmont region. While at the Chef’s Counter ‘Teatro Bellavista’ we offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a ‘tasting menu’ experience paired with our finest wines.
Ciao adheres to a smart dress code for all guests, including children. Ladies are kindly asked to wear elegant attire and proper footwear. Gentlemen are kindly asked to wear smart shirt, long trousers and closed shoes.
