Full-day Meeting Package at USD 65 per person

- Two coffee breaks and one lunch with healthy menu options
- Complimentary use of notepads, pencils, slide projector with screen, one flip-chart with markers, podium with one standing microphone and Reception desk outside meeting room

Exclusive Benefits for Event Organiser
- One room upgrade for designated VIP or for the organiser plus VIP recognition and amenities, for minimum 15 rooms booked
- One room upgrade to a suite for minimum 30 rooms blocked (subject to availability)
- Special site inspection rates (maximum 2-night stay)
- One hour complimentary internet usage daily in business centre

Terms and Conditions
- Offer is valid from 1 January to 31 May 2009
- Room rate is for single or double occupancy, subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax per room per night
- The meeting package is subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax per person per day
- Please enquire for confirmed group rate. Rates and room types will be subject to availability, group size and period of stay
- High season rate supplement and blackout dates may apply
- This package offer is available to groups of 15 or more guestrooms, and a minimum of 15 meeting delegates

The rates include:

- A personal function host on hand throughout your meeting

- Signboard outside the meeting room
- Personalized place cards for each delegate
- Message board and reception desk placed outside the meeting room
- Choose between a lunch buffet, set menu, selection of gourmet sandwiches or working lunch
- Morning and afternoon coffee breaks with assorted sweets and savouries (one coffee break will be provided for a half-day meeting package)
