Cancellation Policy

Kindly allow us a 4 hour notice should you need to reschedule, change or cancel your appointment, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 4 hour notice will incur a 50% charge of your total services cancelled and a no-show will incur full charge. Once the room reservation at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok is cancelled, the spa reservation will automatically be cancelled.

Spa Arrival

Please check in at the Spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be subject to time deduction.

The minimum age requirement for the Oriental Spa is 15 years old

Health conditions

Please advise our spa staff of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your service when making your bookings.

Pregnancy

Our spa staff is happy to recommend suitable treatments for our expecting guests during this special time.

Loss or Damage

The management accepts no responsibility for any loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.

Accident or Injuries

The Oriental Spa shall not be liable for any accident or injury suffered by member or guest.
