Veranda Bar & Terrace

Bermuda’s first and only rum bar offers a unique selection of over 100 brands of rums, including Bermuda’s own black rum. The covered terrace overlooks Bermuda’s sparkling blue South Shore, making it the perfect spot for happy hour, cocktails or a light snack. This vintage bar combines the décor of a cozy jazz club with the energy and music of the Caribbean tropics, all with a distinct Bermudian flavor. Experience lively Happy Hours every day from 6 to 8pm with Bermuda’s best entertainers. Friday Happy Hour features extended hours from 5pm to 9pm as well as our delicious curry buffet from 5:30pm to 9pm.

Cigar lovers will appreciate the opportunity to enjoy a fine cigar from the island’s best selection, including a range of Cuban favorites, all carefully preserved in a climate-controlled humidor.

Veranda Lounge & Terrace

In accordance with English tradition, every afternoon from 3pm to 5pm we serve afternoon tea in our Veranda Lounge. To supplement our fine selection of teas, you receive a tiered tray complete with exquisite tea sandwiches and tea cakes. Besides tea, the Veranda Lounge features a menu offering a modest selection of salads, snacks, sandwiches and entrée’s. The Veranda Lounge is known for its all-white décor and its floor-to-ceiling glass doors, which open up to a picturesque terrace and allow you to take in the breathtaking views. This makes it unquestionably the best place to sit back and enjoy Bermuda style living at its finest
