Our culinary colleagues have has created an innovative menu that highlights our team’s creativity and experience. Asana's seasonal menu presents contemporary cuisine with the influences of Asia. Chef Nathan Rich commands Asana’s kitchen with creations incorporating seasonal New England ingredients that are locally harvested. Acting as ideal compliments to the menu is Asana's exclusive glass enclosed cheese room, featuring international and regionally produced cheeses. Working hand in hand with Chef Rich is Pastry Chef Nelson Paz who brings vast international experience and training to his sweet creations in Asana.

Asana's world-class fare is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is served in an elegant space highlighted by bamboo floors, walls covered with hand carved limestone block and rich exotic wood, and tables crafted from ebony and Inca gold granite. Dramatic lighting and a variety of stylish banquette seating arrangements create a distinctive atmosphere. Framing this energetic ambience are floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Boylston Street.

For an unparalleled gastronomic experience, guests can also choose to dine at Asana's private Chef's Table, which seats eight guests and offers firsthand views of Chef Rich’s culinary skills in the kitchen.
