The crown jewel of Frederick Law Olmsted's Emerald Necklace Park System is a 72-acre wonderland of adventure, with animals from all around the world, including lions, zebra, giraffes, and amazing lowland gorillas. The Zoo is located 15-minute drive from the hotel.

New England Aquarium

Just a brief ride from the hotel, the wonder-filled New England Aquarium has a whole host of educational attractions, including more than 20,000 fish and an enormous tank that replicates a Caribbean coral reef.

Old State House

This 18th century house was the scene of numerous historical meetings that led up to the American Revolution.  Samuel Adams, John Hancock and John Adams all debated here; the Boston Massacre took place just outside its walls, and the Declaration of Independence was proclaimed from its balcony. An abundance of hands-on and fascinating exhibits that kids of all ages will enjoy.

Whale Watching

Mom and Dad might like a romantic sunset cruise or to look at historic lighthouses, but for the kids, whale watching is a must. Boston Harbor Cruises is the oldest and largest cruise company in New England, and offers a variety of cruises and fast ferries, including three-hour whale-watching tours narrated by marine specialist guides. Our Concierge is happy to make arrangements.
