We are introducing Yogalates Classes

Taking place in our Fitness Center, we are introducing Yogalates classes for all our guests. Our Yogalates is a fusion of Mat Pilates and Vinyasa Yoga, with an emphasis on flowing movement, alignment and core strengthening. A session will help to lengthen the spine, tone and tighten the deep muscles, and promote better posture and functional movement habits. Traditional Yoga poses and breathing are combined with Mat Pilates exercises to create a balanced, grounded, full-body workout for all levels and body styles. Feel great the rest of your day!

Classes are being offered every day except on Tuesday.
