Our Oriental Ballroom measures an impressive 4,200 square feet and can accommodate up to 600 guests for a reception or seat 380 banquet style. With wall-to-ceiling windows it is filled with daylight while automatic blinds can provide complete black out. It has the flexibility to be divided in half. All technology is embedded in the ceiling ensuring a clear and sophisticated production.

The Oriental Gallery is a large light pre-function space with wide doors opening onto the Ballroom.

The Lotus Suite is an ideal “Green Room” for event planners, bridal parties or VIP guests, located adjacent to the ballroom.

We have three additional function rooms; each has natural light with views over Boylston Street.

Bangkok is our largest, while Beijing still has capacity for 80 guests. Our executive boardroom, Hong Kong, has advanced polycom conferencing technology for real time global meetings.

Our Lotus Suite is an additional VIP boardroom for 12 people or an excellent adjunct to the Ballroom.

We offer Boston’s only outdoor space in a Five Diamond hotel venue. It is available for breakout, lunch or evening events and receptions in conjunction with Ballroom events, for up to 250 guests.

It has a level and ample grassy area that can accommodate tenting, ceremonial arches and outdoor seating.

This landscaped garden is surrounded by Boston’s cityscape; it is a rare oasis in the center of town.
