At Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, we provide Graduate programmes for our future leaders. These programmes lay the foundation for a successful career with the Group and are focused on developing graduates to a supervisory/junior management level whilst providing an ‘on the job’ approach to learning and development. Successful delegates will be offered a supervisory/junior management position and an exciting career with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. 

Our Food and Beverage Management Development Programme 

A 12-18 month intensive development programme with placements in 3-4 different areas of our Food and Beverage department at levels of increasing responsibility. 

Our Rooms Management Development Programme 

An 18 month intensive development programme with rotation across a number of Rooms Division departments with programme participants taking on increasing levels of responsibility.

Our six month Operational Internship Programme 

A structured six month global internship programme in key operational departments is available in line with hotel school internship schedules. Successful interns will be given the opportunity to apply for the Group’s management development programmes upon their graduation. 

Direct entry positions 

Graduates will also be considered for direct entry positions within our portfolio of hotels should they be interested in such opportunities. We partner with hotel schools and visit them on an annual basis in view of recruiting students for the above mentioned programmes and for direct entry positions.
