What are we offering you?

  • A 12 – 18 month intensive F&B management development programme
  • Intakes every January and July
  • Experience in three to four areas of F&B, four months in each
  • eCornell distance learning courses
  • Increasing responsibility, for example: − Month 1 Line Colleague − Month 2 Supervisor − Month 3 Assistant Manager − Month 4 Shadowing a Head of Department
  • Intensive training in leadership and management skills

Requirements for entry 

  • Ideally a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality 
  • Twelve months of relevant industry experience 
  • English and one additional language 
  • Knowledge of the local language of the hotel where you will complete your training is desirable 
  • Eligibility to work at the location of the hotel where you will complete your training is essential
