What are we offering you?

  • An 18 month intensive development programme
  • Rotation across a number of rooms departments, taking on increasing levels of responsibility (Reservations, Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Relations and Housekeeping)
  • In-depth understanding of each department
  • eCornell distance learning courses
  • Intensive training in leadership and management skills
  • A mentor to coach and guide you
  • Two assignments including regional or global projects
  • Regular meetings with the rooms Director and the General Manager

Requirements for entry

  • Ideally a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality
  • Twelve months of relevant industry experience
  • English and one additional language
  • Knowledge of the local language of the hotel where you will complete your training is desirable
  • Eligibility to work at the location of the hotel where you will complete your training is essential
