An extensive range of Learning and Development programmes are provided to address the competency requirements at each level or our organization as well as individual learning needs.
The pinnacle of our Learning and Development process is our in-house MBA programme, run in conjunction with the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), which is offered to those senior colleagues who have demonstrated their potential to the group and who have been nominated by their General Managers and endorsed by the Group Chief Executive.
Performance and Succession Management is critical to support the growth plans of our Group as well as to satisfy the career aspirations of our colleagues. Annual performance and succession planning reviews are completed at all levels of the organisation and are reviewed by the Group’s senior management team.
