CECILIA BARTOLI
Mezzo-soprano opera singer and recitalist
Cecilia is a Grammy Award-winning performer well-known for her interpretations of Mozart and Rossini.
She was photographed at the Casa Pau in Barcelona, one of her favourite cities.
As well as performing, Cecilia is currently Artistic Director of the renowned Salzburg Whitsun Festival, the first female singer to hold this position.
Cecilia’s chosen charity is the Cecilia Bartoli - Music Foundation, a non-profit venture that supports the propagation of music in all its aspects and is dedicated to bringing classical music to a wider audience.

Caterina Murino was photographed in Sardinia where she was born. Having lived and worked in Milan, London and Paris the Bond actress speaks Italian, English and French.
As an actress her work takes her around the world. Mandarin Oriental’s exceptional service allows her to relax and give her best performance. In her free time she loves to discover cities by foot, finding new cultures and different experiences.
Caterina is dedicated to her chosen charity AMREF, which provides healthcare in Africa, and she is particularly involved in the Stand up for African Mothers campaign.

Taiwanese phenomenon Lin Chiling was photographed in Tokyo, the home of her favourite Mandarin Oriental hotel. In particular she is entranced by the view at check-in, which “is amazing – you can even see Mount Fuji". It is the Group's "beauty, elegance and style" that make Chiling a fan.
Her chosen charity is the Lin Chiling Foundation, which works to help disadvantaged children realise their dreams.

Karen Mok was photographed in Milan, outside the historic Casa Degli Omenoni. Karen has been a big fan of the city ever since she was a student there. She loves its cosmopolitan feel and authenticity. Her favourite hotel is Mandarin Oriental, Paris but she is thrilled about Mandarin Oriental opening a hotel in Milan, the capital of fashion. A highly successful performer, Karen has recently released her first English jazz album 'Somewhere I Belong'. Karen’s choice of charity is Animals Asia Foundation, which is devoted to the welfare of urban and wild animals in Asia.

Reflecting his true passion for the stage, Kevin Spacey chose to be photographed by Mary McCartney in his dressing room at The Old Vic. Kevin Spacey became a fan following a stay at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. He was delighted by the support Mandarin Oriental gave to the Kevin Spacey Foundation, which supports young actors, writers, directors and producers, as he believes in the importance of “sending the elevator back down”.
