  • A dedicated conference planner will help to manage every step of your event, arranging delegate transfer and organising guestrooms and catering.
  • All secretarial and administrative needs can be handled by our colleagues. If required, we will set up a dedicated business centre for you and your delegates.
  • We supply a host of complimentary amenities and supplies, including white boards, flip charts, stationery, bottled water, sign boards and a reception desk placed outside your meeting room.
  • We can devise cultural activities to enhance your programme, ranging from cooking classes in our dedicated teaching kitchens to dance or craft classes.
  • We regularly arrange entertainment for our guests including performances by local dance troops and musicians or a traditional greeting with an elephant.
