We offer a range of complimentary classes from sun salutations to Hatha Yoga and private one to one sessions. Private sessions cost THB 3800++ per person for 90 minutes.

Our most advanced class, suitable for those who are more familiar with a ‘movement based’ practice and have some yoga experience. ‘Vinyasa’ is a flowing sequence of asanas coordinated with the breath. Tone and strengthen your body and mind with this lively session.
