Overlooking Victoria Harbour, our all-day dining restaurant Café on the 1st has re-opened to bring guests a choice of creative à la carte menus, extended buffet items and a new dessert section in a friendly international ambience.
Executive Chef Mario Corti presents a series of creative signature dishes to entice discerning gourmands as well as our revamped lunch and dinner buffets which showcase a wide range of international cuisine with a new, delectable selection of Asian dishes. Those with a sweet tooth will be tempted by over 20 varieties of daily dessert.
