The technology is already in place to make sure that your event is a success. And to ensure that everything runs according to plan, we always have trained technicians available on site.
We have developed our "Meeting by Mandarin Oriental" guidelines for conferences and meetings. This is a detailed process, which all our conference colleagues follow, to ensure we deliver a consistent standard and meet every need of the meeting planner.
Conference planner
We provide a one-stop consultation. Our colleague will manage all aspects of your event: guest rooms, space and catering, to deliver a seamless experience.
Constant contact
Our banquet manager or captain will be equipped with a mobile and be available throughout the event.
Operations Room
We can dedicate one of our rooms as an operations base for event planners managing large productions. We will stock it with every personal requirement including stationary and private fridge.
Executive Lounge
Business travellers can reserve guestrooms on our Executive floor with access to our lounge, which offers private check in and complimentary refreshments all day.
Our Business Centre is equipped with all the latest technology and provides secretarial services. We have extensive meeting rooms available for private conferences for up to 16 delegates. These are extremely smart spaces, three have harbour views.

The Excelsior, Hong Kong is located at the centre of the island’s major shopping and entertainment district. Being adjacent to the MTR (underground railway) station our hotel is easily accessible to all Hong Kong destinations. We are approximately 40 minutes by road from Hong Kong International Airport, and we provide a full delegate transfer service - by coach or limousine as required.
