Le Sud offers the essence of a Bocuse brasserie, simple creations distinguished by the high quality of fresh produce, to be enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere.

Paul Bocuse hardly needs an introduction; acclaimed as 'cook of the century' he has blazed a trail throughout the culinary world for over 50 years. We are thrilled to open Le Sud under the auspices of this ambassador of French cooking and his compatriot Jean Fleury. This is their first opening outside of France.

Located on the banks of the River Rhône guests can relax with our attentive Mandarin Oriental service, and enjoy the al fresco pleasures of our French Terrace. The sharp contemporary interior by Adam Tihany becomes increasingly dramatic as evening approaches.

Our circular cellar displays some of the 1,500 bottles held, including some of the finest local and international vintages. For special occasions we have a semi-private dining room for 6 to 12 guest.
