The interior is by the acclaimed Adam D. Tihany, a modern interpretation of the Indian concept, very much like the cuisine, deploying sophisticated use of vibrant Indian colours and incorporating a centre piece bright-red tandoori oven finished in black sleek granite.
Chef Vineet Bhatia earned Indian cuisine its first Michelin star and was awarded by 16/20 on the Gault Miliau guide by breaking all boundaries in his combination of ingredients and creative presentation style.
