Alongside this innovative selection of organic-based recipes, guests will also enjoy an extensive choice of beverages including mocktails, organic cocktails and a variety of wines from the Geneva region.
With its relaxing yet elegant atmosphere on the banks of the River Rhône, Café Calla features a 120-seat dining room, a shaded Parisian-style terrace and an exclusive 10-seat Chef’s Table, all complemented by a walk-in 1500-bottle wine cellar.
Proposing only the freshest home-made recipes and locally sourced meat and fish, Chef Jeffane has designed a range of dining options including an extensive a la carte menu. Created especially for the needs of our lunch business guests, the restaurant also features an extensive lunch buffet. In the evening, a cheese glass dome will be available in the wine cellar, while at weekends guests can enjoy live cooking stands and a seasonal buffet for Sunday Brunch.
Having worked alongside with renowned chef Thierry Marx, Chef Nasser Jeffane has worked at various Michelin-starred restaurants and hotels, including Le Pré Catelan and Hotel Lutetia in Paris. In addition, he worked as a Sous-Chef at Michelin-starred restaurant Sur Mesure at Mandarin Oriental, Paris for the past two years before joining Mandarin Oriental, Geneva.
