Enjoying beautiful river views and a chic, contemporary design, Le Sud is an acclaimed brasserie from world-renowned chef Paul Bocuse. A master of innovative French cuisine, Lyon-born Bocuse is not only a three-Michelin starred chef, but was also named ‘Chef of the Century’ by the Culinary Institute of America.
With his compatriot Jean Fleury, Bocuse believes in using the highest quality fresh ingredients to create simple, yet stunning, culinary creations. As his first restaurant outside France, Le Sud follows Bocuse’s cooking philosophy with a mouth-watering menu of classic French dishes enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere. To accompany the wonderful cuisine, the restaurant has an impressive wine cellar of 1,500 bottles, including some of the finest local and international vintages.
The elegant interior features tables laid with white linens, red and blue banquettes, and atmospheric lighting. Guests can dine inside or enjoy the al fresco pleasures of our outside terrace. For special occasions, we offer diners the chance to book the entire terrace for private celebrations of up to 32 guests. We also have a semi-private dining room for up to 12 guests.
