Whilst our international culinary team will create a menu to any theme to match your agenda, we are delighted to offer Macanese specialities, providing a cultural experience for your guests. Menus include such delicacies as Balichão shrimps with Shaoxing rice wine and Arroz de Choco, Squid Rice.

We have a choice of outdoor settings; on our lawns or poolside for a barbecue. Settings and menus will be arranged to your personal requirements.
