As part of Tomorrow’s CENTRAL, the hotel reopened on 1 June, showcasing its acclaimed seven Michelin stars on the 7th floor. These include the three-Michelin-starred and Green-starred Amber, together with SOMM under the helm of Chef Richard Ekkebus, alongside the three-Michelin-starred Sushi Shikon and one-Michelin-starred Rin.

A sanctuary of contemporary luxury, the hotel will complete its transformation in Quarter 4 2026 with redesigned spaces and elevated wellness experiences that embody the spirit of Central.

Just moments away at LANDMARK Prince’s, Terrace Boulud by Mandarin Oriental remains fully open on the 25th floor, complemented by The Mandarin Cake Shop on the 2nd floor throughout the summer.
