As part of Tomorrow’s CENTRAL, the hotel reopened on 1 June, showcasing its acclaimed seven Michelin stars on the 7th floor. These include the three-Michelin-starred and Green-starred Amber, together with SOMM under the helm of Chef Richard Ekkebus, alongside the three-Michelin-starred Sushi Shikon and one-Michelin-starred Rin.

Mandarin Oriental

As our transformation progresses, Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will be temporarily closed for a summer recess from 1 July to 30 September 2026, allowing the next phase of enhancements to be completed with the utmost care and precision.

Just moments away at LANDMARK Prince’s, Terrace Boulud by Mandarin Oriental remains fully open on the 25th floor, complemented by The Mandarin Cake Shop on the 2nd floor throughout the summer.
