Located on the 25th floor, our Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant serves exquisite local and regional specialties. Often referred to as Hong Kong’s most beautiful dining space, Man Wah’s atmospheric decor and panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and the Hong Kong skyline provide the perfect setting for wonderfully delicious cuisine.
With walls adorned by original paintings on silk, and lacquered enamel and gold-plated ceiling lamps fashioned to resemble birdcages, Man Wah’s design is as celebrated as the menu. Visit for dinner and enjoy your meal against a backdrop of sparkling city lights or stop by at lunchtime for dim sum dishes that are the talk of the city.
Guided by Chef Man-Sing Lee, Man Wah’s excellent culinary team has created an outstanding Michelin-starred Cantonese menu of traditional favourites and seasonal specialties interpreted with a hint of modern flair.
Award-winning signature dishes include such delights as steamed fillet of spotted garoupa with crispy ginger, crabmeat and egg white sauce, and Wok fried fillet of sole with black bean sauce. These dishes are offered alongside an extensive Dim Sum menu at lunch time.
Chef Man-Sing Lee heads the talented culinary team at the Michelin-starred Man Wah. Chef Lee joined Man Wah in January 2011 from Fortune Room at the Hong Kong Jockey Club and Hoi Yat Heen at Harbour Grand Kowloon.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience in cooking for international heads of state and government officials, Chef Lee attended the exclusive Master Chef Course in Chinese cuisine at The Chinese Cuisine Training Institute, where he was one of the youngest students to graduate.
Highly respected in the industry, Chef Lee is a firm believer in using the freshest seasonal ingredients, he goes to great lengths to source the finest produce Hong Kong has to offer, serving only the freshest and most flavourful dishes at Man Wah.
With space for 14 guests, our beautiful private dining room, is styled in the fashion of an old Chinese pavilion with dark wood walls and a stylish red ceiling.
A round table takes pride of place in the centre of the room, above which hang four traditional Chinese lanterns, casting a soft, atmospheric light over diners.
