Café Causette transformed into a “pop-up” bouchon-style bistro for Le French GourMay

As part of our partnership with Le French GourMay, Café Causette will be transformed into a Lyon-inspired “pop-up” bouchon-style bistro throughout May. Le French GourMay Ambassador Pierre Gagnaire returns to present a special tasting menu

As the Culinary Ambassador for Le French GourMay this year, Chef Pierre Gagnaire will return to his two-Michelin-starred Pierre to offer a special tasting menu highlighting ingredients from his hometown of Lyon, along with wines from the Rhône Valley from 16 to 22 May. Available throughout May, the menus cost HKD 1,588* for seven courses and HKD 1,088* for four courses.
