Japanese Whisky Pairing Dinner

For one night only, join The Chinnery for a special Whisky pairing dinner featuring a variety of Japanese whiskies from Nikka Whisky. The dinner will be hosted by the principal of Nikka Whisky, Ms. Emiko Kaji. A four-course menu will be created by Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky of our hotel.

Seasonal Shanghai Hairy Crab Feast at Man Wah And Clipper Lounge

From 27 October to 30 November, The Cheng Long Hang Crab Palace Restaurant returns to our hotel with their famed Shanghai hairy crab. Enjoy an array of special dishes of this seasonal delicacy at our Michelin-starred Man Wah restaurant. Guests of Clipper Lounge can also enjoy a Shanghainese themed buffet from 6 October to 30 November.
