Our fully equipped Fitness Centre offers a range of state-of-the-art technology including a Kinesis centre, a technogym wellness system that analyses and tracks your fitness status and an inBody composition analyser. In addition, our highly qualified instructors can offer lifestyle consultations and design bespoke physical fitness and wellness programmes to be followed independently or in private training sessions.

Located on our top floor, our twin-lane heated swimming pool features a swimming flume jet for fitness enthusiasts to swim long distances against a strong current.
