Your professional therapist will spend time with you in consultation to ensure a completely personalised approach. Relax with a refreshing herb infusion in our tea lounge as you ease your mind and prepare for your therapy.

Guests are invited to arrive 45 minutes in advance of their appointment time to enjoy our heat and water facilities; soothing muscles and loosening limbs, preparing your body for the deepest therapeutic experience.

Should you wish to continue your spa experience at home, our Spa Boutique has a range of scents, sounds and oils that are exclusive to Mandarin Oriental spas. Our Signature products relate to a specific Chinese element and address the balance needs of the individual, which can be analysed in a private consultation.
