This is an entirely personalised spa journey beginning with our Welcoming Foot Ritual and continuing with your recommended treatments. We call upon the ancient techniques of Chinese, Ayurvedic, European, Balinese and Thai cultures.

Heat and Water
To fully enjoy your Spa visit, we encourage you to check-in at Spa Reception at least 45 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow us to have a brief discussion with you about your treatment and also give you ample time to enjoy The Spa's oasis of heat and water.
*Access to the Heat & Water area is available only to spa guests who book face and body treatments (this excludes manicures and pedicures).
Signature Treatments - Exclusively designed by The Mandarin Oriental Spa division, we offer our restorative Shiatsu Inspired Ginger Ritual or our Oriental Harmony in which two therapists deliver a massage in perfect unison. We have also recently introduced our Stillness Ritual incorporating Craniosacral therapy. Priced from GBP 250 for two hours.
Advanced Time - Following a consultation on your personal needs and body type we’ll recommend a sequence of therapies that incorporate Oriental and Ayurvedic rituals. Add on treatments are available such as our Indian head massage or foot therapy. Prices begin at GBP 230.
Holistic Time - Choose your preferred treatment from our body scrubs and wraps, body massage and facials. In addition to treatments we offer an eyelift or our foot and nail treatments with hot stones. Prices are from GBP 200.
Please be advised there is a minimum booking time of 1 hour 50 mins for our guests to experience the entire Spa journey.
