Rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul here with an outdoor yoga class with our yogi, or take a swim in our pool. We would also recommend a workout in our Fitness Studio, fitted with some of the most advanced exercise equipment.

Fitness Studio

The newly refurbished Fitness Studio provides an elegant environment conducive for a good workout. Equipped with a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art fitness equipment from TECHNOGYM, guests can be assured of a full body workout. Be entertained while running, as you tune in to the various TV programmes on the LCD console, or plug in your ipod and run to your favourite tunes. The Fitness Studio is also equipped with a unit of KINESIS – the first hotel fitness studio in Singapore to provide this modular cable system. After working out a good sweat, relax and cool down with a drink at the beverage counter located just outside the Fitness Studio. We welcome you to lounge on the sofas and enjoy the peace and serenity of the Wellness Zone.

    Our fully qualified fitness professionals are on hand to help you get the most out of your workout. After assessing your fitness level, they will design a program to help you achieve your goals. Please make an appointment through our Fitness Studio.

    Yoga

    Yoga lessons are conducted at the outdoor patio in the Wellness Zone. Our yoga masters provide personal assessments before beginning any class and are also available for private sessions, which can be arranged by appointment.

    Hatha Yoga

    Employing a series of poses called asanas, Hatha yoga aims to strengthen and cleanse the body and spirit. Participants will follow a system of steps that focus on breathing, posture and strength.

    Schedule

    Monday, Wednesday: 7am to 8am
    Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 6:30pm to 7:30pm
    Saturday: 10am to 11am

    Power Yoga

    Power yoga employs a series of choreographed poses that flow into one another becoming a moving dance. This high-energy class provides a workout that builds strength, increases flexibility and releases tension.

    1 hour class - SGD 15

    Schedule

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:30pm to 7:30pm
    Sunday: 11am to 12pm

    • Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to classes.
    • We recommend not eating 1½ to 2 hours prior to classes.
    • Remember to turn off all pagers and cell phones.
    • Class schedules are subject to change.
    • Guests with physical or health complications should seek medical advice before beginning any aerobic, sports or fitness activity.
