A personal function host on hand throughout your meeting
Overhead or slide projector with screen
Whiteboard, flip chart and markers
Podium with microphone
Stationery an office supplies

Signboard outside the meeting room
Personalized place cards for each delegate
Message board and reception desk placed outside the meeting room
Choose between a lunch buffet, set menu, selection of gourmet sandwiches or working lunch
Morning and afternoon coffee breaks with assorted sweets and savouries
