Our Pure Yoga studio is the only one of its kind in Manila. It offers basic yoga and meditation as well as therapeutic programmes to aid in combating back pain and helping weight loss. Classes are held at least twice daily on weekdays, under the watchful eye of Prakash Singh Bisht, the hotel’s resident yoga instructor who hails from Rishikesh, the birthplace of the art.
Or if you fancy something a little more rigorous, our Health Club is fully equipped with treadmills, exercise bikes and free weights. And after an invigorating work out, what could be better than a dip in our magnificent kidney shaped pool. Diving and golf packages are also available at resorts nearby. We’ll be happy to arrange them.
