Executive Chef Hann Furn Chen presents new set menus for lunch and dinner, that offer an abundance of tempting dishes
including roasted meats, fresh seafood, noodles and rice and vegetarian dishes.
For lunch, six set menus ranging from seven to ten courses, each for a minimum of two to ten persons. For dinner, six set menus that come with a complimentary glass of Bellagio sparkling wine per person: Jasmine, six to eight courses for a
minimum of two persons; Emperor, Phoenix, Oriental, Lotus, and Mandarin, eight to ten courses for a minimum of eight to ten persons.
Chef’s Recommendation and a la carte menus are also not to be missed, giving diners a wide array of choices when dining at Tin Hau.
